Dr Umair Masood is a highly experienced General Practitioner who has been proudly serving the Macedon Ranges Community for many years. As the founding partner of Neal Street Medical Clinic, established in 2015, Umair has been at the forefront of delivering high-quality, compassionate care to individuals and families across the region. The idea for Neal Street Skin Clinic came about due to the increased demand for skin consultations.

Umair is a fully qualified GP, holding a Fellowship in General Practice. He brings a strong foundation of surgical training, having spent several years working in both Plastic and Orthopaedic Surgery in both the UK and Australia. This background has given him his special interests as a GP, in cosmetic medicine, laser treatment therapies and skin cancer diagnosis & management.

He offers a comprehensive skin cancer service, including Mole Mapping and local treatments including excisions of skin cancers at the clinic. This ensures patients have access to advanced skin care close to home. Umair also provides cosmetic treatments including various injectables to refine you appearance. His approach is grounded in safety, subtlety, and evidence-based care.

Umair is deeply committed to the continuity of care for all his patients . He enjoys managing all skin conditions and values the long-term relationships he builds with his patients.

Outside his clinical work, Umair is actively involved in medical education. He is involved in supervising GP Registrars and teaching medical students. He is a Senior Lecturer at Monash University. He also lectures at the Australian Dermal Science Institute in Melbourne.

When he’s not in the clinic, Umair is an avid sports enthusiast. He enjoys playing cricket, golf and is a certified scuba diver. He rarely misses a Richmond home game or an Australian cricket match at the G! His love for all things sports is only matched by his dedication to his wife and children.

Chelsea is an experienced and passionate cosmetic nurse who plays an integral role at Neal Street Skin Clinic. After qualifying as a Nurse, she began her career alongside Dr Umair Masood at Neal Street Medical Clinic.

Over the years, she has developed a strong foundation in procedural medicine and expanded her skills into the field of cosmetic and skin health treatments.

Chelsea brings a wealth of hands-on experience, clinical knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm to our cosmetic and skin clinic team. Her holistic approach to skin care focuses on enhancing natural beauty, supporting long-term skin health, and making patients feel confident in their own skin. She practices what she preaches with her own skin care! Chelsea balances clinical precision with a warm, patient-centred approach.

Working closely with Dr Masood, Chelsea assists in a range of cosmetic injectable procedures, skin cancer management and supports our dermal clinicians during advanced laser treatments. She has also played a key role in implementing our medical grade photodynamic therapy service, designed for the management of sun damage and skin cancers.

Chelsea would class sleep as one of her favourite pastime! She enjoys cooking and gardening. She brings a vibrant, grounded energy to our team.

Stephanie’s passion for skin health began with her own deeply personal journey. Having suffered from severe nodular-cystic acne that was unresponsive to most topical and oral treatments, she knows first-hand the physical and emotional toll that chronic skin conditions can have. A pivotal moment in her life came when her dermatologist was moved to tears by her struggle — a moment that sparked Stephanie’s commitment to help others regain control and confidence in their skin.

Stephanie has since built a diverse and impressive career in the skin and wellness industry. She has worked aboard luxury cruise ships, played a key role in launching and managing a spa in the Whitsundays, and has educated the next generation of skin professionals

Steph was involved in teaching both the Diploma of Beauty Therapy at Elly Lukas and other higher education courses in Dermal Aesthetics and Applied Health Science at the Australian Dermal Science Institute.

Stephanie is a qualified dermal clinician, holding both an Associate Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Health Science (Dermal Therapy) through the Australian Dermal Science Institute. Steph also won the Academic award for her Bachelor’s Degree! Her clinical approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, and she is dedicated to delivering comprehensive care, ensuring each client is fully educated and empowered in their treatment journey.

Known for her compassionate nature and commitment to results, Stephanie brings warmth, knowledge, and professionalism to every consultation.

Steph enjoys weight lifting and is quite possibly the strongest person in the team! She also has an identical twin sister, so if you do see them out and about, you are not seeing double.

Alysha is the youngest member of our team at Neal Street Skin Clinic, bringing a fresh perspective, uplifting energy, and a true passion for skin health. As a qualified Dermal Clinician, Alysha holds both an Associate Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Health Science (Dermal Therapy) from the Australian Dermal Science Institute.

Alysha has quickly built a reputation for her exceptional skill and precision, especially when it comes to laser therapies and advanced beauty treatments. Whether she’s treating vascular or pigmented lesions, performing laser rejuvenation, or customising aesthetic skin plans, Alysha approaches each treatment with confidence, care, and a commitment to results.

Her patients often describe her as warm, approachable, and deeply attentive — someone who takes the time to listen and truly understands their concerns. From managing acne, or rosacea, to helping clients achieve glowing, healthy skin through targeted cosmetic therapies, Alysha takes pride in delivering treatments that not only address skin concerns but also promote self-confidence and long-term skin health.

She also excels in delivering relaxing and results driven beauty treatments, including facials, chemical peels, laser rejuvenation and LED light therapy, all tailored to suit each individual's unique skin journey.
